Our first product, Smoked Not Salmon is like smoked salmon, but nothing like it! We have created Australia’s first vegan smoked salmon alternative. Amazingly, it’s bursting with the woody, smoky flavor, yet it’s made from carrots! Our Smoked Not Salmon is fortified with Omega-3 fatty acids and contains organic kelp, which gives an authentic fishy flavour boost. That’s how we make it yum!
